Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 box chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni, cooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese turns golden brown.
