- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 box chicken-flavored Rice-A-Roni, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to sit for five minutes before serving.
