Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, rice, bell peppers, onion, black beans, diced tomatoes, salsa, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
