- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, rice, bell peppers, onion, black beans, diced tomatoes, salsa, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
