Description

Comforting cheesy garlic chicken wraps loaded with melted mozzarella and cheddar, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Spoon the chicken mixture over one-half of the tortilla and add more cheese on top.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Brush the outside of the wrap with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
  6. In the skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.

Notes

You can customize these wraps with your favorite vegetables or adjust the spices to your liking. Perfect for meal prep, refrigerate or freeze for later.
