Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken along with salt, pepper, and optional parsley. Heat for an additional 2–3 minutes, ensuring even warmth.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then, add cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar. Stir until well-combined.
  5. Lay each tortilla out flat. Spoon an equal amount of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each.
  6. Carefully fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
  9. Allow the wraps to cool for a few minutes before slicing in half and serving warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using rotisserie chicken or mixing in different types of cheese to suit your taste.
