- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken along with salt, pepper, and optional parsley. Heat for an additional 2–3 minutes, ensuring even warmth.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then, add cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar. Stir until well-combined.
- Lay each tortilla out flat. Spoon an equal amount of the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each.
- Carefully fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
- Allow the wraps to cool for a few minutes before slicing in half and serving warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using rotisserie chicken or mixing in different types of cheese to suit your taste.
