Description

Delightful sliders packed with savory beef, sausage, and gooey cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, diced
  • Slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles, ketchup, mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  3. Add the diced Velveeta cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined.
  4. Slice the slider buns horizontally and spoon a generous scoop of the cheesy meat mixture onto the bottom bun.
  5. Top with optional ingredients such as pickles, ketchup, or mustard.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, let the meat mixture cool slightly before filling the buns. You can also brush assembled sliders with melted butter and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes for a crispy top.
