Description

A delicious low-carb snack that captures all the classic flavors of pizza in a crispy chip form.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas generously with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the tortillas into triangle-shaped chips.
  4. Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the chips, then layer on turkey pepperoni slices.
  6. Finish with a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for an added punch of flavor.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the chips are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow them to cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can bake the chips a few minutes longer. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
