- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of the tortillas generously with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the tortillas into triangle-shaped chips.
- Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they’re not overcrowded.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the chips, then layer on turkey pepperoni slices.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for an added punch of flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the chips are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can bake the chips a few minutes longer. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
