- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 12 oz medium pasta shells
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked beef to your crockpot, ensuring it’s evenly spread out.
- Add the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and milk. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- About 15 minutes before serving, cook the pasta shells until al dente. Drain thoroughly.
- Stir the cooked pasta into the cheesy beef mixture in the crockpot, cover, and let it cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For best results, cook the dish on low heat and ensure your pasta is al dente before adding.
