Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef to your crockpot, ensuring it’s evenly spread out.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and milk. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, cook the pasta shells until al dente. Drain thoroughly.
  6. Stir the cooked pasta into the cheesy beef mixture in the crockpot, cover, and let it cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
