Description

A delightful no-bake dessert salad that combines the flavors of ripe fruits, creamy pudding, and chocolate syrup, perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped chicken ham
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the instant vanilla pudding mix with the undrained crushed pineapple until combined and smooth.
  2. Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows followed by the chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, and chopped chicken ham.
  4. If using walnuts, fold them into the mixture.
