- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- In the prepared baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer for even cooking.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Pour the chicken broth around the chicken, careful not to drench the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to lock in moisture and prevent premature browning of the cream cheese topping.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 25 minutes, maintaining optimal moisture.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cream cheese topping is bubbly and golden.
- Once finished baking, carefully take the dish out of the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes to let the flavors settle.
