- 2 cups pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar), shredded
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, combine the pasta, chicken, broccoli, chicken broth, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in half of the cheese until melted and well combined.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy your comforting dish!
Notes
For a lighter dish, consider using Greek yogurt instead of cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
