- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- Pepper, to taste
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish at the bottom.
- Pour the beef mixture over the potatoes.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender and the top is golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle cheese over the top before serving.
