Description
A simple dish that embodies flavor, perfect for gatherings, BBQs, or family dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to create a smooth marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, tossing to coat each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; for deeper flavor, marinate up to two hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
- After marinating, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, ensuring a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Season the skewers lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill the skewers for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and displays perfect grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavors and use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
