- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil until it shimmers.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet and sear for 6-7 minutes until golden-brown.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, deglaze with lemon juice and chicken broth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.
