Description
Delightful cheesy bites of ground beef wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat once browned.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Add shredded cheddar cheese and cook until melted and combined.
- Roll out each biscuit dough piece to about 1/4 inch thick for easy wrapping.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each rolled-out biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling and pinch to seal securely.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this delicious mixture over the tops of the bombs.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese atop each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm for maximum flavor enjoyment.
Notes
Serve warm with a dipping sauce like ranch or garlic aioli for a delightful experience.
