Scale
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- Preheat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
- Stir-fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.

- Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry, toss everything together, and sprinkle in black pepper. Mix thoroughly for another minute. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
For added flavor, avoid overcrowding the pan and ensure high heat for a nice char. You can prep vegetables ahead of time.
