  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions
