Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Flatten chicken breasts for even cooking by placing them between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap, using a meat mallet for more even thickness.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the flattened chicken and season both sides with dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to infuse flavor.
  3. Heat a pan over high heat and sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Once browned, remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and add lemon juice, allowing the mixture to simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over pieces, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
