- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 garlic cloves (crushed/minced)
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Flatten chicken breasts for even cooking by placing them between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap, using a meat mallet for more even thickness.
- Drizzle olive oil over the flattened chicken and season both sides with dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to infuse flavor.
- Heat a pan over high heat and sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once browned, remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and add lemon juice, allowing the mixture to simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over pieces, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
