- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and place on a plate.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for approximately one minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then return the chicken to the skillet to soak in the sauce.
- Simmer for an additional 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
