- 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing mix (dry)

- 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions
- Place the frozen chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Dot the chicken with cubes of butter.
- Sprinkle the Zesty Italian dressing mix over the chicken evenly.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat, allowing it to cook for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Add the cubed cream cheese and continue to cook on low for an additional hour.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, stir shredded chicken into the creamy sauce and serve it over the warm rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
