- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup flour

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with a little oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should be 165°F or 75°C).
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For an ultra-crisp texture, consider using panko breadcrumbs. You can also prepare the mixture ahead of time.
