  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles if Needed: Begin by boiling lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, blend ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning together. Stir in fresh spinach if desired.
  3. Layer the Lasagna: In a greased baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom. Arrange a layer of noodles over the sauce, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, and generous sprinkles of mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat the layering process, ending with a final layer of noodles topped off with Alfredo sauce.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is beautifully golden and bubbly.
  5. Rest & Serve: Allow the lasagna to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley.
