- 4 large tortillas

Instructions
- Season the grilled chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any smoky spices you prefer. Grill until cooked through and slice into strips.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, and chopped fresh vegetables.
- Lay a tortilla flat and scoop the rice and bean mixture onto the center. Top with chicken slices and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito.
