- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces using paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and ranch seasoning; rub this mixture generously over the chicken.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Add cheddar cheese on top for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For juicier results, use chicken thighs instead of breasts. Marinating chicken in ranch seasoning enhances the flavor.
