Description

Delightfully crunchy air fryer fried pickles, a perfect snack or appetizer that combines the tanginess of pickles with a crispy coating.


Ingredients

  • Dill pickles (or any type of pickles)
  • Flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles into rounds or spears, depending on your preference.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  4. Dip each pickle slice first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat well with breadcrumbs.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the basket and spray the top with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
