Ingredients
- Dill pickles (or any type of pickles)
- Flour
- Cornmeal
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the pickles into rounds or spears, depending on your preference.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
- Dip each pickle slice first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat well with breadcrumbs.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the basket and spray the top with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
